Ginis durability, dynamism and ability to keep/retain possession was outstanding and will be missed. Apart from this his amicable character made him a "social glue" player as well. Considering injury-proneness of current midfied they will definitely need strenghthening in squad depth. As it stands now I would see Bissouma or Tielemans as most adaequate replacement options. Too bad they didn't go for Bruno Fernandez last year.

FSG out?????

You’re insane. Ever since they took over there has been steady improvement at LFC. Buy low, sell high, young players bought that become more valuable as they develop. Big money spent only when absolutely necessary. Players attitudes and fitness records checked before purchases. OK no one wants the ESL - but how would you have felt if the ESL had been announced with 6 English teams involved and LFC had NOT been one of those teams?? I’d have been asking why our owners were letting our major competitors leave us behind.

FSG are the saviours of our club. We are lucky to have them

We need to replace Gini but we don’t have to replace him with a world beater, Curtis Jones can play his role and develop into a great midfielder we just need some back up incase of injuries, maybe someone like Ridle Baku from Wolfsburg, only cost around £20mil and can play as a RW or CM and had played under Klopp at Mainz. He is also only 23
